The Service Desk tool serves as the portal to many of PCR-360’s most essential functions.
Visitors to the Service Desk will find a comprehensive record of services their organization will provide, is currently providing, or has previously provided. PCR-360 tracks each service your organization provides, so you’ll know the circumstances of every transaction that occurs – the who, what, where, when, and why.
PCR-360’s Equipment Inventory function empowers organizations to define and track any tangible asset (i.e., Polycom VVX500, Cisco 2911 Router, etc.) – and even some intangible assets (i.e., software licenses, warranty dates, etc.) – in real time.
Far more than a simple monitoring tool, the Equipment Inventory function also encourages users to interact with their assets. Users can order new equipment to a warehouse, initiate bulk transfers of equipment between storage facilities, and even set default reorder points to ensure a fully-stocked inventory across a large network of locations.

Usage Management Capabilities
A prime function of PCR-360 is the ability to perform Call Collection and Processing along with Usage Data. The system will process call data collected from your switch or other UC systems. Data can also be imported from carrier files to support call records not available through your switch, including wireless.
PCR-360 allows you to chargeback these costs through the integrated billing and/or AR functionality, send charge files to your GL system for allocation, or send the files to an external AR system.
