Usage Management Capabilities
One of PCR-360’s major functions is a thorough, robust billing application. You’ll be able to bill for a wide variety of charge items, then generate files to feed to external General Ledger and Accounts Receivable systems. The model is flexible and functions as a centralized billing system for a wide variety of internal and external charges.
PCR-360 collects, rates, and bills CDR/SMDR data from phone switches and various customized forms of usage from other feeds. The system collects all one-time and recurring charges from our integrated Service Order and Incident Management functions and promptly processes them. The application also lets you import a wide variety of files from external systems and incorporate them into the system for billing.
Additionally, PCR-360 helps define both expense and revenue General Ledger accounts for all transactions. This enables you to bill the appropriate account for charges incurred, and support “lines of business” revenue reporting on those transactions.
