Edward O’Hare, President and CEO
Edward O’Hare joined Koniag Incorporated in 2011 as the company’s Senior Vice President, Technology Business Sector (now the Government Services Sector) and as President and CEO of Koniag Services, Inc. (KSI). He has extensive experience in the IT and telecommunications sectors, including leading strategic planning and supply operations for government organizations.
After service in the U.S. Army, Mr. O’Hare began a long career in both the public and private sectors. His positions included Assistant Commissioner for the Integrated Technology Services at the General Services Administration (GSA) where Mr. O’Hare managed GSA IT and telecommunications contracts, which totaled more than $22 billion a year. In the private sector, Mr. O’Hare worked with government consulting contractors. Prior to coming to the Koniag family of companies, Mr. O’Hare served as vice president of business development for Dynanet Corporation.
Mr. O’Hare possesses more than 35 years of IT and government contracting experience. He also led the development of many groundbreaking systems, including the GSAAdvantage and GSAAuctions electronic commerce systems. He was proud to lead IT operations for the 2008 U.S. presidential transition.
Kevin Razzaghi, PMP, ITIL v3, Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Razzaghi joined Koniag Technology Solutions (KTS) in September 2011 as the company’s General Manager responsible for its strategic direction, operations, and overall performance. He brings leadership skills and expertise in building new business and running large and complex IT programs for federal government clients in Healthcare, Financial, Transportation, Regulatory, and Security markets. Leveraging his knowledge and expertise in management and information technology consulting, Mr. Razzaghi, leads the Koniag Government Services Sector companies to broaden current and build new services offerings, strengthen services delivery capability, and build new business.
Prior to joining Koniag, Mr. Razzaghi led the Transportation and Weather Information Systems business for Unisys Federal Systems managing and growing a large portfolio of government and commercial engagements. Prior to that, Mr. Razzaghi led large IT programs at Booz Allen Hamilton delivering transformative services to healthcare, financial services, and homeland security clients. Mr. Razzaghi led business development efforts to win large IDIQ (CIO-SP2i $20B) and task order contracts totaling over $100M for Booz Allen. He led strategic initiatives to enter new markets at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) resulting in the firm’s first large IT contract at NIH.
During a ten-year career in commercial software product industry, Mr. Razzaghi led product development teams, professional services organizations, and sales and marketing teams and established critical business process to achieve corporate results and enhance shareholder value.
Mr. Razzaghi holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Certificate in Business Strategy from the Round Table Group.
Bob Glover, Vice President and General Manager
Bob Glover joined Professional Computing Resources, Inc. (PCR) in May 2008 as the company’s COO responsible for its strategic direction, operations, and overall performance. In addition to his daily administrative responsibilities he provides sales and marketing leadership and strategic direction for PCR’s product offering of Enterprise-Level IT Service Management Software. Responsible for opportunity and funnel management, RFP process management, proposal review, presentations, liaison between sales and all divisions of the company, and field sales support. His strength is in the development, management and support of the PCR sales team and sales function. He has been associated with PCR for more than 25 years through marketing and strategic planning.
Prior to joining PCR, Mr. Glover spent more than 25 years as a partner in a Marketing/Print/Fulfillment and Distribution business growing the business from a single employee to over 200. He was responsible for developing, managing and supporting the sales and marketing team. He developed sales and marketing strategy for new business lines including digital print, fulfillment, electronic document development, on-line ordering, digital asset management and high-end print production. He was also responsible for building customer service and a sales support staff to meet the needs of the expanding client base. Responsible for training, opportunity and funnel management, RFP process management, proposal review, presentation assistance/critique, liaison between sales and all divisions of the company, and extensive field sales support.
Mr. Glover currently serves on the Board for two corporations in West Michigan. He actively supports My Team Triumph - an athletic ride-along program created for children, teens, adults, and veterans with disabilities who would normally not be able to experience endurance events such as triathalons or road races and is an active participant in those events.
