COMIT standard trouble ticket administration reports include: the completion report; fault management report; most common troubles by reported cause, resolutions, and test results codes report; trouble ticket status report; and trouble by location report.
As troubles are reported, COMIT updates the TechView display of the circuits or devices in trouble to provide a quick visual display of problems for all help desk personnel.
