COMIT's service order function allows you to directly administer the MAC activity within the telecommunications system.
COMIT's service order drives these integrated functions: equipment inventory management, cable inventory management, workforce management, switch feature administration, and customer billing. When a COMIT service order is completed, the COMIT database and switch are automatically updated, ensuring complete synchronization between all elements and allowing billing charges to be applied and service performance data collected.
