IP packet monitoring
COMIT allows for IP packet monitoring through some or all of these methods: collection devices located in strategic network locations; COMIT workstation subnet traffic monitoring software; and/or Cisco IOS Netflow, which provides valuable information about network users and applications, peak usage times, and traffic routing, and creates flow records in various formats. COMIT's IP network management allows for billing by packet type.
Employee web usage
COMIT provides employee web usage reports through the alarm management and network management functions, which let you monitor employee internet use—or misuse. COMIT also provides live internet bandwidth graphs with finer details of inbound and outbound traffic flows.
