COMIT's converged network management solution (NMS) provides all the activities, methods, procedures, and tools that pertain to the operation, administration, maintenance, and provisioning of the converged TDM and IP network, all within a single NMS.
- COMIT's alarm manager monitors firewall, LAN/switch, class 5 switch, and server log files from the network in real time to spot problems as soon as possible, ideally before users are affected
- COMIT's configuration manager tracks devices in the network and how they are assigned
- integrated trouble reporting function logs and tracks when equipment is replaced for repair or service
