PCR introduces new version of COMIT
Grand Rapids, Michigan...PCR has announced the introduction of a new version of the COMIT technology management system that will address the needs of customers who prefer a month-to-month contract instead of the traditional software right-to-use license.
The new software product will include call accounting, billing, service order, help desk, asset management, cable management, trouble reporting, employee web usage reporting, and IP network monitoring.
The telemanagement system will be delivered with all capabilities activated. The customer can decide how much of the system to use. The system, featuring PCR's leading-edge telecommunications technology, will be self-installed on the customer-provided server platform. Both Linux and Windows XP versions are available.
The monthly cost of this alternative version of COMIT will be $300.00 for each simultaneous system administrator log-in.
The new version is scheduled for availability in the second quarter of 2008.
