Software as a Service (SaS) introduced for COMIT telemanagement system
Grand Rapids, Michigan...PCR has announced the availability of a Software as a Service (SaS) for the COMIT technology management system, PCR's premier telemanagement product. COMIT provides the ability to manage and monitor all of the voice and data assets utilized to support today's enterprise. COMIT not only manages the traditional voice, or TDM, networks, but also has the ability to manage IP-based networks (VoIP). The COMIT system provides the unique ability to help the customer support their current networks as they transition to the next generation networks that combine voice, data, and video services.
SaS provides a familiar user interface that is used to request services, check delivery status, and view billing reports. SaS joins other COMIT features—including call accounting, billing, work order, help desk, asset management, cable management, and IP network monitoring—to make COMIT the leading-edge integrated telemanagement tool.
In addition, SaS improves the delivery of services and the level of responsiveness to end users, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
