Benefits

What are the advantages of COMIT over traditional telemanagement systems?

  • COMIT eliminates the need for a system support staff.
  • COMIT improves the span of control for each customer service support position. The COMIT system has a proven ability to allow a single user to support over 3000 stations or nodes vs. <1000 stations for similar products. This provides tremendous savings by reducing the support staffing required to provide quality telecom services.
  • COMIT eliminates the need for a capital expense purchase.
  • COMIT eliminates the long and cumbersome RFP process.

How does COMIT differ from typical telemanagement system installation?
The primary difference is that COMIT provides full telemanagement capabilities at a much lower cost.
